Clockwork Sans Typeface /
I wanted to use typography as a system for analyzing data. After reading A Clockwork Orange I created this typeface to reveal how Anthony Burgess uses language in his book. I developed a system to measure the frequency and type of words he uses, and compiled it into a a new visual system that explores the boundaries of legibility the same way A Clockwork Orange explores levels meaning.
